Quarantine Permit: Traveling with pets, you must secure local shipping permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry which shall be valid seven(7) calendar days upon its date of issuance.

Secured Cage: Passenger must provide a cage for the pet. The pet must always be properly caged for the duration of the trip.

Veterinary Health Certificate: You must present a Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC) which shall be valid for three (3) calendar days upon its date of issuance. Pet must be vaccinated against rabies not more than 1 year but not less than 14 days at the time of departure / shipment, passenger must present a Rabies Vaccination Certificate/Record signed by a licensed Veterinarian.
