Boarding Requirements

Digital copies of e-tickets are accepted across all Medallion Transport ports of operation.

Before Departure: Subject to a 10% cancellation surcharge fee based on the ticket value.
After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee based on the ticket value.

Infants: Travel free of charge. A birth certificate must be presented at check-in.
Children (Ages 3–11): Eligible for a 50% discount (half-fare rate).

Verification: Passengers must present a valid photo ID proving discount eligibility upon ticket issuance, terminal check-in, and onboard inspections. Discounts may be forfeited if proof of identity is not provided.
Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Medical Clearance: Must present a recent Medical Certificate from competent health personnel attesting to fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.
Special Care: Non-ambulatory patients or those requiring life-support systems must be accompanied by a licensed medical professional (doctor or nurse).
Liability Waiver: Must sign and submit a waiver exonerating Medallion Transport Inc. from liability in case of death or injury onboard.

Pets are permitted onboard under the following conditions:

Pets must be placed and secured in proper cages throughout the trip.
Owners must secure and present a valid Quarantine Permit (obtainable at designated pier offices).
