Boarding Requirements

  • E-Ticket Format: Digital e-tickets are accepted only for trips departing from Jagna, Bohol. For all other originating ports, a printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required.
  • Ticket Conversion: E-tickets can be converted to physical tickets at port terminals or authorized ticket offices upon presenting a valid ID and e-ticket confirmation.

Refunds

  • Policy: Refunds incur a 20% surcharge fee and must be requested within the ticket’s validity period.

Rebooking

  • Policy: Rebooking is subject to a 20% rebooking surcharge fee.

Minors and Infants

  • Infants (Under 2 years old): Travel free of charge (must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult).
  • Supervision: All minors and infants must travel accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Unaccompanied Minors: Minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian must present an official travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

Senior Citizens and PWDs are entitled to priority boarding and standard government-mandated fare discounts.

  • ID Requirement: Passengers must present a valid government OSCA ID, National PWD ID, or Student ID upon check-in to avail of discounted rates.
  • Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

  • Medical Clearance: Passengers with existing medical conditions must present a doctor’s clearance certifying fitness for sea travel.
  • Contagious Illnesses: The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers suffering from contagious diseases.

Pregnant Passengers

  • Up to 6th Month of Pregnancy: Allowed to travel provided they present a Medical Certificate clearing them for sea travel.
  • Beyond 6th Month: Passengers beyond their 6th month of pregnancy may be denied boarding for safety reasons.

Pets & Animals

Pets are permitted onboard under the following conditions:

  • Pets must remain properly caged or leashed throughout the voyage.
  • Owners must present valid health certificates and quarantine travel permits upon check-in.

Plant Shipments

Plants are subject for actual inspection and Operator reserves the right to refuse carriage.

Luggage & Excess Baggage

  • Baggage Allowance: Free baggage allowances vary depending on the ticket class purchased.
  • Carry-On Limits: Hand-carried luggage must fit in the overhead bin or underneath the passenger seat.
  • Excess Baggage: Weight exceeding the class allowance is charged at standard per-kilogram cargo rates.

Transport of Remains (Cadaver)

Human remains transport is permitted under strict conditions:

  • Documentation: Required documents include an official Death Certificate and clearance permits from relevant health authorities.
  • Handling: Packaging and transport must strictly comply with the carrier’s safety and handling guidelines.
