Service Invoice (SI) Request

Barkota issues a Service Invoice (SI) for the Barkota service fee, and an Acknowledgement Receipt for the ticket fare and payment service fee.

Note

If you need an SI for the ticket fare itself (not the Barkota service fee), contact the shipping company directly.

How to Request an SI

1. Fill out the SI Request Form

   Complete the Barkota SI Request Form with your booking details and email address.

2. Wait for the SI

   Your Service Invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the form. Allow a few business days for processing.
