Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Refunds

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 20% cancellation surcharge fee.
  • After Departure / No Show: Subject to a 50% surcharge fee.

Rebooking

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 10% rebooking surcharge fee.
  • After Departure / No Show: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.

Minors and Infants

  • Infants (0–23 months): Travel free of charge.
  • Minors (Under 18): Eligible for a 20% fare discount. Unaccompanied minors are strictly not allowed to travel alone.

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

  • Senior Citizens: Must present a valid OSCA ID upon ticket purchase at accredited outlets and during boarding.
  • Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

Must present a valid Medical Certificate from an attending physician attesting to fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.

Pregnant Passengers

Passengers beyond 6 months of pregnancy must present a Medical Certificate from their attending physician certifying fitness for sea travel.

Pets & Animals

Pets are permitted onboard under the condition that owners secure and present a valid Travel Permit from the City Veterinary Office.

Plant Shipments

Secure a shipping permit from Bureau of Quarantine.

Luggage & Excess Baggage

Each paying passenger is entitled to a free baggage allowance of up to 15 kg.

  • Excess Baggage: Weight exceeding the 15 kg limit is subject to additional baggage tariffs at the port counter.

Transport of Remains (Cadaver)

Requires prior clearance and documentation. An official Death Certificate and Transfer Permit must be presented at check-in.
