A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Infants (0–2 years old): Must present a valid birth certificate.
- Free Fare Routes: Cebu ↔ Cagayan, Ozamiz, Iligan, and Masbate.
- Paid Routes: Applicable infant fees apply for Cagayan ↔ Tagbilaran and Cebu ↔ Tagbilaran.
Under 12 Years Old: Strictly not allowed to travel alone. Requirements at check-in: valid ticket and original child ID or Birth Certificate.
Ages 12 and 13 Years Old: Permitted to travel alone under specific conditions. Requirements at check-in: valid ticket, original child ID or Birth Certificate, a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form for Unaccompanied Minor, and a copy of the parent/guardian’s signed valid ID.
Ages 14 Years Old and Above: Allowed to travel alone. Requirements at check-in: valid ticket and original child ID or Birth Certificate.

Discounted fares are available for online booking.

Verification: Passengers must present an original valid OSCA ID, National PWD ID, or Student ID upon check-in. Failure to present valid proof will result in the forfeiture of the discounted rate.

Medical Clearance: Must present a Medical Certificate issued within 1 day of departure stating fitness to travel by sea.
Special Care: Non-ambulatory passengers or those requiring life support must be accompanied by a licensed medical professional (doctor or nurse) with sufficient medication for the journey.
Carrier Rights: The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding to any sick passenger.

1 to 6 Months (4 to 28 Weeks): Allowed to travel. Must present a Medical Certificate issued 1 day prior to departure certifying they are “FIT TO TRAVEL BY BOAT OR BY SEA” on the voyage date.
7 Months and Beyond (29 Weeks & Up): Strictly not accepted for travel.

All pets require a Quarantine Shipping Permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry, obtainable online at nvqsd.bai.gov.ph.

With Accompanying Passenger:
- Fees: Range from PHP 960.00 to PHP 1,550.00 per pet.
- Containment: Pets must be placed in a hard cage and remain in designated pet areas at all times (strictly prohibited inside enclosed air-conditioned rooms).
Without Accompanying Passenger (Cargo):
- Fees: Range from PHP 960.00 to PHP 1,550.00 depending on the route.
- Process: Pet must be endorsed as cargo via a waybill secured at a Trans-Asia main office.

Requires a certificate or permit from the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI)

2nd Class & Tourist Accommodation: Passengers may bring up to 2 pieces of baggage (up to 0.05 cbm total volume or 100 kg weight limit).
Cabins & Private Rooms: Double quantity allowance (same size limits apply).
Child Allowance: Minors are entitled to half the adult size allowance.
Excess Baggage: Items exceeding allowance limits will be classified and charged as paid cargo.

Requires prior clearance. A valid Permit to Transport issued by the City Health Office must be presented at cargo check-in.
