Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Refunds

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 10% cancellation surcharge fee.
  • After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.

Rebooking

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 10% rebooking surcharge fee.
  • After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.

Minors and Infants

  • Infants: Ages 0 to 2 years old.
  • Children: Ages 3 to 7 years old.

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

Eligible passengers receive a standard 20% VAT-exempt discount.

  • Senior Citizens (60+ years old): Must present a valid Senior Citizen ID or any government-issued ID showing proof of age.
  • PWDs: Must present a valid National PWD ID.
  • Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

Must present a recent Medical Certificate from an attending physician attesting fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.

Pregnant Passengers

Must present a recent Medical Certificate from an attending physician attesting fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.

Pets & Animals

Pets are permitted onboard under the following conditions:

  • Quarantine Permit: Must secure a local shipping permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry (valid for 7 days from issuance).
  • Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC): Must present a VHC issued within 3 days of travel.
  • Rabies Vaccination: Must present a Rabies Vaccination Certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian (administered between 14 days and 1 year prior to travel).
  • Containment: Passengers must supply their own cage. Pets must remain properly caged for the entire duration of the trip.

Plant Shipments

Operator does not allow plant shipment.

Luggage & Excess Baggage

Each passenger is allowed up to 2 hand-carried bags with a combined maximum weight of 15 kg and dimensions not exceeding 20 cm x 40 cm x 60 cm.
