Ticket Amendments

Need to make changes to your booking? Here’s what can be updated and how.

Change Booking Contact Information

Contact details on your booking are used to notify you of any trip changes (e.g., cancellations). This includes:

  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Address

To update these details, contact Barkota Support with the new information.

Change Cot or Seat Number

To request a different cot or seat, contact Barkota Support. Common reasons include:

  • Preferring a lower bunk bed
  • Requesting a specific seat number

Update Passenger Information

You can update the following passenger details:

  • Name — Minor corrections only (e.g., fixing a spelling mistake). Transferring a ticket to another person is not allowed.
  • Gender
  • Birthdate

To update passenger details, contact Barkota Support with the correct information.

Upgrade Your Accommodation

Want a better cabin or seat class? Contact Barkota Support and we’ll guide you through the upgrade process and payment. Upgrades are applied only after the fee is paid and are subject to availability.
