Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Before Departure: Subject to a 10% cancellation surcharge fee.
After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.
Checked-In Non-Boarders: Tickets that were checked-in where the passenger failed to board are subject to a 50% surcharge fee upon refund.

Standard Revalidation: A surcharge of 10% (net fare + VAT) applies to ticket revalidation, whether requested before or after vessel departure.
Checked-In Non-Boarders: Tickets that were checked-in where the passenger failed to board are subject to a 50% surcharge fee upon revalidation.

Infants (Under 3 years & under 1 meter tall): Charged a minimal infant fee based on prevailing industry rates.
Children (Ages 3 to 11): Eligible for a 50% discount off the regular fare.
Height Exception: Children under 3 years old who are taller than 1 meter must pay 50% of the regular fare.

Discounted fares are available for online booking.

Senior Citizen Eligibility: Applicable to both Filipino citizens (must present Senior Citizen/OSCA ID) and foreign nationals (must present passport for validation).
Forfeiture Warning: Discounts will be forfeited if valid identification is not presented during check-in.

Must present a valid Medical Certificate attesting to fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.

Up to 8 Months Pregnant: Allowed to board provided they present a valid doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to travel and sign a liability waiver at check-in.
Weather Restrictions: Boarding for pregnant passengers is strictly prohibited during rough sea conditions.

Only household pets (fighting cocks, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits) are allowed onboard under the following conditions:

Containment: Pets must be kept in proper, secure cages throughout the voyage.
Permit: Owners must present a valid Quarantine Permit at check-in.

Permitted onboard provided they are accompanied by a valid Quarantine Permit.

Hand-Carry Allowance: Up to 2 pieces of hand-carried baggage with a maximum total volume of 0.10 cbm.
Weight Limit: Luggage exceeding 15 kg will be charged excess weight rates at the port counter.
Tagging Requirement: All baggage must be labeled with the passenger’s name and contact address.
Prohibited Items: Ammunition, fireworks, flammable materials, compressed gases, corrosives, poisons, radioactive/infectious items, and commercial-quantity bulky items are strictly banned.
Unclaimed Items: Baggage unclaimed after 30 days will be turned over to charitable organizations.

Operator does not allow transport of human remains.
