Finding Your Booking Reference Number

Your Booking Reference Number is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to every Barkota transaction. You’ll need it to manage your booking — rebooking, requesting a refund, or contacting support.

Where to Find It

Your booking reference number is in the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during booking. It looks like this:

  • BOB1671542637111
  • BOC1677667464912
  • BM1680045285683

Can’t Find Your Confirmation Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Search your inbox for emails from notifications-noreply@mg.barkota.com.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact Barkota Support and we’ll resend it.
