Boarding Requirements

Digital copies of e-tickets are accepted only for trips departing from the following seaports:

  • Cebu City, Cebu
  • Tagbilaran City, Bohol
  • Jagna, Bohol

Note: For all other originating seaports, a printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required.

Refunds

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 10% cancellation surcharge fee.
  • After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.

Rebooking

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 5% rebooking surcharge fee.
  • After Departure: Subject to a 10% surcharge fee.

Minors and Infants

  • Children Under 11: Must travel with an accompanying parent or adult guardian (aged 18 or older).
  • Unaccompanied Minors (Ages 11–17): Allowed to travel alone under specific conditions:
    • A parent or adult guardian must send off the minor at the pier and present valid ID.
    • The parent/guardian must complete and sign a liability waiver at the terminal, including contact details and addresses for both the sender and the receiving guardian at the destination port.

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

  • Online Booking: Only Senior Citizen discounts are available for online booking.
  • PWD & Student Discounts: Verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets. Original valid IDs must be presented upon check-in.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

The carrier strictly prohibits passengers suffering from any contagious disease from boarding.

Pregnant Passengers

  • Below 28 Weeks: Allowed to travel. Must present a valid Medical Certificate confirming fitness for sea travel (issued at least 1 day before departure) and sign a Waiver of Liability at check-in.
  • 29 Weeks and Above (3rd Trimester): Strictly not accepted for travel.

Pets & Animals

Pets are permitted onboard under the following conditions:

  • Pets must be placed and kept in a secure cage throughout the voyage.
  • Owners must secure and present a valid Quarantine Permit from the Bureau of Quarantine/BAI.

Plant Shipments

Luggage & Excess Baggage

Baggage charges and allowances depend on the total weight and physical dimensions of the luggage calculated at the port counter.

Transport of Remains (Cadaver)

Requires prior clearance. Necessary transport permits must be secured depending on the specific route requirements.
