Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Refunds

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 20% cancellation surcharge fee (must be requested 3 to 5 days prior to departure).
  • After Departure: Subject to a 25% surcharge fee (must be requested within 3 to 5 days after the departure date).
  • Season/Fully-Booked Tickets: Strictly non-refundable.

Rebooking

  • Before Departure: Subject to a 10% rebooking surcharge fee.
  • After Departure: Subject to a 20% surcharge fee.

Minors and Infants

  • Infants: Travel free of charge. A valid birth certificate is required at check-in.
  • Children (Ages 3–12): Eligible for a discounted child fare.

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

Discounted fares are available for online booking.

  • Verification: Passengers must present their original, valid OSCA ID (Senior Citizens) or National PWD ID during terminal check-in. Digital screenshots or photocopies are strictly rejected by port checkers.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

Must present a valid Medical Certificate attesting to fitness for sea travel prior to boarding.

Pregnant Passengers

Passengers who are 7 to 9 months pregnant must present a valid Medical Certificate certifying fitness to travel by sea.

Pets & Animals

Pets are permitted onboard under the following conditions:

  • Pets must be placed and kept inside a secure cage throughout the trip.
  • Owners must secure and present a valid Quarantine / Pet Travel Permit.

Plant Shipments

Cebu to Talibon, Bohol vv ( freight & handling)

  • Seedlings/plants (2 feet to 3 feet) = PhP 25.00 apiece
  • Seedlings/plants (below 2 feet or small seedlings inside bakat upto 50 kilos) = PhP 91.00

Cebu to Baybay, Leyte vv ( freight & handling)

  • Seedlings/plants (2 feet to 3 feet) = PhP 31.18
  • Seedlings/plants (below 2 feet or small seedlings inside bakat upto 50 kilos) = PhP 124.60

Minimum charge

  • Cebu to Talibon vv = PhP 459.00
  • Cebu to Baybay vv = PhP 560.00

Luggage & Excess Baggage

Baggage charges and allowances depend on the total weight and physical dimensions of the luggage at the port counter.

Transport of Remains (Cadaver)

A valid Permit to Transport must be submitted upon booking and cargo check-in.
