Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Carrier Fault: Full refunds are permitted in accordance with MARINA MC 2018-07 if the delay or cancellation is attributable to the carrier.
Passenger Fault: Tickets are non-refundable if the failure to travel is due to passenger fault.

Deadline: Rebooking and ticket re-validation must be completed at least 12 hours before departure.
Forfeiture: Any ticket not used on the specified date, or not rebooked/re-validated within the required timeframe, is considered USED and non-refundable.

Child Fare (Ages 0–7): Eligible for a 50% discount (half-fare rate).
Unaccompanied Minors: Must be at least 15 years old to travel alone.
Required Documentation: Unaccompanied minors must present a Birth Certificate and a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form. Note that select port terminals may also require a local LGU certification.

ID Requirement: The valid ID presented upon check-in and boarding must match the exact ID details provided during ticket issuance.
Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Up to 28 Weeks (1st–6th Month): Permitted to travel, provided they present a Medical Certificate confirming fitness for sea travel issued no earlier than 1 day before departure.
29 Weeks and Above (7th Month onward): Strictly not permitted to travel.

Pets are permitted onboard (particularly on RoRo vessel routes such as Batangas–Puerto Galera) under the following conditions:

Restraints: Dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled at all times. Small pets should be placed in secure carriers.
Documentation: Owners must present a Veterinary Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian and proof of up-to-date vaccination records.
Shipping Permit: A valid Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) Shipping Permit is required. Note that BAI permits are typically one-way; a new permit must be obtained for the return journey.
Destination Rules: Always verify any local destination port requirements prior to travel.
