Digital E-ticket Acceptance

Have the printed e-ticket changed to the official ticket at the designated booking office, if applicable, on or before the date of departure (if on departure date at least one hour before departure time)

Refunds

  • All Ports except Palawan

    • Before vessel departure – 20% of the ticket amount
    • After vessel departure – 20% of the ticket amount

  • Palawan

    • Before vessel departure – 20% of the ticket amount
    • After vessel departure Palawan– 50% of the ticket amount

Minor and Infant

  • Infants - NSO birth certificate or any valid document or ID

  • Unescorted minors (below 16 years old) will not be accepted unless accompanied by an adult.

  • The adult purchasing the ticket for the minor is required to present documents proving his/her affinity and/or consent that the minor is allowed to travel alone.

  • Minors ages 3-10 can avail 50% discount of the regular rate.

Sick Passenger

  • A passenger that has medical condition must present a medical certificate (date of medical examination should be at least 5 days prior to departure).

  • Patients without medical clearance to travel issued by a physician or competent medical practitioner are not allowed to board.

  • Must submit/sign a waiver attesting to their fitness to undertake sea travel upon boarding; otherwise, the Carrier reserves the right to deny their boarding.

  • Non-ambulatory cases, especially those with life support, should be accompanied by a licensed nurse/doctor companion.

  • Passengers which are alcohol/drug intoxicated or suchlike are not allowed to board.

Pet Animals

  • Pets should be contained in a secure and leak-proof container.

  • Pets together with its container and food are not included in the free baggage allowance, therefore, bringing of pets will automatically be considered as an excess baggage. This is regardless if the total baggage weight of the passenger is still within the free baggage allowance.

  • Pets together with its container and food will be charged at a minimum rate of PHP100.00 for 4kg and below, and an additional PHP25.00/kg for any excess weight

    • (i.e. a pet with its container and food weighing 3kg, will be charged PHP100.00, on the other hand a pet weighing 6 kg will be charged PHP150.00).

Luggage / Extra Baggage

Only 2 pieces of luggage are free of charge up to 25kg and any excess weight beyond this limit will incur charges of 40 PHP per kilo.
