Refunds

Before vessel departure: 20% surcharge
After vessel departure: 25% surcharge
Season tickets/fully-booked tickets: not refundable

Passengers can request a refund 3 – 5 days before the scheduled departure. If the trip has already departed, refunds must be requested within 3 – 5 days after the departure date.

Permit is required and pet must be placed in a cage
