Digital E-ticket Acceptance
Booking itinerary (digital or printed) will be replaced by an actual ticket at the port of origin. Passengers must also present a valid photo ID.
Refunds
Cancellation fee shall be applied and is computed as follows :
- requested before the scheduled trip - 20% of the fare
- requested after the scheduled trip - 30% of the fare

Rebooking
- requested before the scheduled trip - 10% of the fare
- requested after the scheduled trip - 30% of the fare

Minor and Infant
- Passenger who is below 17 years of age is not allowed to travel alone.
The following charges are applied based on the child’s age :
- 11 months or below - considered as infant and is free of charge
- 1 to 3 year old - considered as toddlers and are charged for the insurance only
- 4 to 11 years old - considered as minor and is only charged half the fare of the adult passenger
Sick Passenger
Medical Certificate from a physician must be acquired indicating that the sick passenger is fit to travel via sea.
In worse cases, a sick passenger must be accompanied by a medical practitioner and complete the waiver provided by the company.
Pregnant Women
Passenger who is 6 months pregnant is still allowed to travel provided that a fitness to travel is acquired from a physician or an OB-Gyne and the waiver provided by the company is accomplished.
Passenger who is 7 to 9 months pregnant is no longer allowed to travel.
Pet Animals

Pet animals must have traveling cages and are not allowed inside passenger accommodations. Each vessel has a designated area for pet animals.

A certificate from the Bureau of Quarantine is needed when traveling with pet animals.

Official Receipt for pet animals must be presented to Starlite Personnel upon boarding.
Luggage / Extra Baggage
Baggage allowance of up to fifty kilograms (50kg) per paying passenger is provided.
Any excess shall be charged ten pesos per kilogram (10php/kg) accordingly.
Cadaver
The following are required when transporting a cadaver :
- Permit to Travel from Bureau of Quarantine
- Death Certificate
- Coffin must be inside a vehicle.
Fee : P2,600/cadaver
Separate payment for the vehicle depending on type and route.
