Refunds

Surcharge of 20% of net fare + VAT will be collected upon refund either before or after vessel departure.

Rebooking

  • Revalidation:

    • Surcharge of ten percent (10%) from net fare + VAT will be collected on ticket revalidation regardless either before or after vessel departure.
  • Check-in not boarded:

    • Surcharge of fifty percent (50%) will be collected on ticket revalidation or refund if the ticket was checked-in and the passenger did not take the trip

Minor and Infant

  • Fare for minors:

    • Children who are three (3) to eleven (11) years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on the passage fare.
    • Children below 3 years old but are already more than 1 meter in height shall pay 50% of passage fare.
  • Infant fees:

    • Passengers below three (3) years of age and less than 1 meter in height shall be charged with a fee as may be solely determined by the carrier from time to time based on the prevailing industry rates

Pregnant Women

  • Women who are 8 months pregnant are allowed to board provided a valid doctor’s certificate is presented stating her fitness to travel.

  • The passenger must also sign a waiver. During rough seas, pregnant women are not allowed to board.


Pet Animals

No animals will be allowed on board except fighting cocks, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and other household pets, provided that the passenger presents a quarantine permit, and the animals must be properly caged.

Plants are likewise accepted provided they have a quarantine permit.

Luggage / Extra Baggage

  • Each passenger is allowed to bring on board two (2) hand-carried baggage not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume.

  • Baggage weighing more than 15kg shall be charged the excess weight rate prevailing at the time of travel.

  • Non-allowable baggage: Dangerous items such as ammunition, fireworks, flammable liquids and solids, compressed gases, corrosives, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances, and extremely bulky items in commercial quantity are not allowed.

  • All baggage must be tagged with the owner’s name and address.

  • Baggage unclaimed within thirty (30) days from the date of completion of the voyage shall be turned over to a charitable institution.
