Digital E-ticket Acceptance
e-Tickets can be converted to physical tickets at the terminal or authorized offices.
Passengers must present a valid ID and e-Ticket confirmation for conversion.
Refunds
Refunds incur a 20% surcharge and must be requested within the validity period.

Minor and Infant

Minors and infants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Infants below 2 years old may travel free of charge but must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult.

Minors traveling without parents/legal guardians must provide a travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Sick Passenger

Passengers with medical conditions must present a doctor’s clearance certifying fitness for travel.

The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers with contagious illnesses.
Pregnant Women

Pregnant passengers are allowed to board up to the 6th month of pregnancy with a medical certificate clearing them for travel.

Passengers beyond the 6th month may be denied boarding for safety reasons.
Pet Animals
- Pets must be properly caged or leashed and accompanied by the necessary permits and health certificates.
Luggage / Extra Baggage

Passengers are entitled to a specific baggage allowance (varies by ticket class).

Excess baggage is charged at a per-kilo rate.

Carry-on luggage must be small enough to fit in the overhead bin or under the seat.
Cadaver

Cadaver transport is permitted only with appropriate documentation such as a death certificate and permits from relevant authorities.

Proper packaging and handling of the cadaver are required, following the carrier’s guidelines.
