Minor and Infant
12 YEARS OLD BELOW
Children who are 12 years old and below are not allowed to travel alone. Here are the documentary requirements which need to be shown upon check-in:

12 and 13 YEARS OLD
Children who are 12 and 13 years old may travel alone subject to compliance of the following documentary requirements which need to be shown upon check-in:

Duly accomplished Parent/Guardian Consent Form for Unaccompanied Minor.

Copy of valid ID with signature of the minor’s parent and/or authorized guardian
14 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE
Children who are 14 years old and above are allowed to travel alone. Here are the documentary requirements which need to be shown upon check-in:

INFANT
An infant (0-2 years old) is allowed to travel. Just make sure to secure the infant’s birth certificate.
An infant travels free of charge on the routes from Cebu to Cagayan, Ozamiz, Iligan, and Masbate, and vice versa. However, there is a corresponding fee for infants on the routes from Cagayan to Tagbilaran and vice versa, as well as Cebu to Tagbilaran and vice versa.
Senior Citizen / PWD / Student Discount
Available for online booking.
Failure to present an ID can result to forfeiture of the discount or special rate.
Sick Passenger

Sick Passengers must present a medical certificate dated one day from departure date, attesting to their fitness to undertake sea travel.

Non-ambulatory cases, especially those with life support, should be accompanied by a licensed nurse/doctor companion with enough supply of medication for the duration of the trip.
Pregnant Women

Pregnant Passengers (1-6 Months, 4 to 28 Weeks):

A medical certificate issued one day prior to the departure date is required. The certificate must state that the passenger is “FIT TO TRAVEL BY BOAT OR BY SEA” on the date of departure.

Pregnant Passengers (7 Months and Beyond, 29 Weeks and Up):

Passengers in this category are no longer accepted for travel.
Pet Animals
- A permit to transport is required and this can be secured at your local Bureau of Animal Industry. You can secure permit by logging in to their website at nvqsd.bai.gov.ph
With Accompanying Passenger

Fixed fee will range from Php 960 to Php 1,550 per pet.

The pet (ex. dog / cat) must be placed in a hard cage.

All pets are to be kept in their assigned pet area at all times.

Pets are not allowed to be in enclosed air-conditioned rooms.
Without Accompanying Passenger

Fee ranges from Php 960 to Php 1,550 depending on the port link.

A waybill can be secured at any Trans-Asia main office.

The pet will be endorsed as a cargo.

Luggage / Extra Baggage

Passengers can bring two (2) 0.05 cubic meter in size or 100 kilos of baggage on board, on 2nd class and tourist accommodations.

Private room and cabin passengers have double allowance in terms of quantity but not in size.

Minor’s allowance is half in size that of an adult.

Baggage in excess of allowance will be deemed as cargo and will be treated as such and charged accordingly.
