Booking

Follow these simple steps to book your ferry ticket through Barkota.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Choose Your Itinerary

  • Select the Origin (From) and Destination (To).

  • Choose your Departure Date and Return Date (for round trips).

  • Enter the Number of Passengers.

  • Click Search Trips to see available options.

  • Optionally, you can also choose your preferred Shipping Line.

2. Select Your Accommodation

On the Accommodation & Availability screen, choose your preferred accommodation.

Please note that accommodations are subject to availability.

3. Verify Your Booking

  • Review your booking details and confirm your schedule.

  • Click Continue to proceed.

4. Enter Contact and Passenger Details

  • Provide the required Contact Information and Passenger Details.

  • If you’d like to receive travel promotions and advisories by SMS or email, tick the box next to “Allow notifications about travel promos and advisories.” If not, you can leave it unchecked.

  • Make sure you enter a valid email address and contact number to receive your e-ticket and other important updates.

  • Click Continue.

5. Add More Passengers (Optional)

  • If you want to add more passengers, click Modify Itinerary.

  • A pop-up window will appear where you can update the number of passengers. After making the changes, click Search Trip.

6. Confirm Your Booking and Payment

  • Review all your booking details and contact information carefully.

  • On the Confirm and Pay page, make sure everything is correct.

7. Select Your Payment Option

  • Choose your preferred payment method.

  • Please note that discounts for minors, students, and seniors are not available for online bookings.

8. Review Terms and Conditions

  • Once everything is correct, read the Terms and Conditions.

  • Click Continue, and you’ll be directed to the payment page to complete your booking.

Booking for Infants and Minors

Infants (passengers under 3 years old) travel free of charge.

Passengers between 3 and 11 years old are considered minors and are eligible for discounted rates.

Note The age range for minor passengers may vary by ferry operator.

Booking for Students / Senior Citizens / PWDs

Online bookings do not support Student, Senior Citizen, or PWD discounts, as per ferry operator policy. To avail of these, please visit any physical ticket outlet.

Advance Bookings

Ferry operators publish their schedules anywhere from two to four weeks ahead of departure date.
