Ticket Amendments
If you need to update your booking details, follow the instructions below.
Change Booking Contact Information
The booking contact information is used to notify passengers of any changes to their trip, such as cancellations. This includes the following details:
- Email address
- Contact number
- Address
To change the contact information for your booking, please contact Barkota Support and provide the updated details.
Change Cot/Seat Number
If you would like to change your cot or seat number, it could be for reasons like:
- Wanting a lower bunk bed
- Requesting a specific seat or cot number
To request a change in cot or seat number, contact Barkota Support. Please note that changes in cot or seat number are subject to availability.
Update Passenger Information
You can update the following details on your ticket:
- Passenger Name: Only minor corrections are allowed (e.g., fixing obvious spelling mistakes). Transferring a ticket to another person is not allowed.
- Gender
- Birthdate
To update any of these details, contact Barkota Support and provide the correct information.
Upgrade Your Accommodation
If you’d like to upgrade your accommodation, contact Barkota Support and let us know your desired upgrade. We will guide you through the payment process for the upgrade fee. The ticket will only be upgraded once the fee has been successfully paid. Upgrades are subject to availability.
