Refund and Rebooking Eligibility
To make things easier, here’s what you need to know about processing refunds and rebookings.
Online Refund and Rebooking Eligibility
Only tickets bought directly through the Barkota website or mobile apps can be processed online for refunds and rebookings. These transactions will have a booking reference number that starts with one of the following codes:
- BOB
- BOC
- BM
If your ticket has one of these codes and most importantly, if your ticket is still valid, you can proceed with your refund or rebooking request online.
Tickets Purchased from Other Sources
If you purchased your ticket from a different outlet, such as:
- Directly from the shipping line
- A ticket outlet
- Another online platform (e.g., 12Go, Chelsea Travel)
You will need to contact the place where you bought the ticket (your issuing outlet or office) to request a refund or rebooking.
Ticket Validity
The expiry date of your ticket is on your e-ticket (label may vary by ferry operator). Requests for refunds or rebookings will not be honored after this date.
