Boarding Requirements

A printed paper copy of your e-ticket is strictly required at check-in and boarding.

Refunds

Refunds are permitted prior to departure and are subject to shipping line and platform administrative fees (typically a 20% surcharge).

  • Carrier Cancellations: Full refunds apply if the voyage is canceled by the carrier or the Philippine Coast Guard.
  • Non-Refundable: Expired, forfeited, or “no-show” tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Rebooking

Tickets may be rebooked before departure, subject to seat availability and rebooking fees. Rebooking permits date changes only—routes, shipping lines, and passenger names cannot be altered.

Minors and Infants

  • Infants (0–2 years): Travel free of charge (no dedicated seat allocated).
  • Minors (3–11 years): Eligible for a discounted minor fare. A PSA Birth Certificate or valid School ID must be presented.
  • Unaccompanied Minors: Passengers aged 16 and under cannot travel without an accompanying adult.

Discounts (Senior Citizens, PWDs & Students)

Eligible passengers receive a standard 20% fare discount.

  • Verification: Passengers must present a physical OSCA ID (Senior Citizens) or National PWD ID at check-in and boarding.
  • Booking Notice: Discounted fares are verified and issued exclusively at port ticket counters and accredited outlets and cannot be processed online.

Health & Medical Guidelines

Sick Passengers

Must present a valid Medical Certificate from an attending physician attesting fitness for sea travel. The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding if a passenger’s condition presents a health or safety risk.

Pregnant Passengers

Must present a signed Medical Certificate certifying fitness for sea travel (issued within 5 days of departure) and complete a passenger risk waiver at the terminal.

Pets & Animals

Domestic animals are allowed under strict conditions:

  • Pets must be placed in secure cages or crates.
  • Owners must present a valid Rabies Vaccination Certificate and a Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) / Quarantine Travel Permit.
  • Service and guide dogs are fully permitted.

Plant Shipments

Luggage & Excess Baggage

Each paying passenger is entitled to a 15 kg free baggage allowance (1 main piece of luggage + 1 personal bag).

  • Excess Baggage: Overweight or oversized luggage will incur cargo tariffs payable at the port.
  • Safety Rules: Aisles and emergency exit pathways must remain clear of baggage at all times.

Rolling Cargo & Vehicles

Clemer’s fast craft and motorboat fleet does not transport rolling cargo (such as cars, SUVs, or motorcycles). Only small box cargo and hand-carried folding bicycles are accepted.

Transport of Remains (Cadaver)

Requires prior clearance and documentation. An official Death Certificate and Transfer/Shipment Permit (issued by the LGU, City Health Office, or Quarantine Office) must be submitted during cargo booking and check-in.
