Digital E-ticket Acceptance

Printed e-ticket is required.

Passengers requesting voluntary refund of tickets prior to vessel departure shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) deduction from the total fare paid.
Refund requests must be processed online through the official booking platform at least six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time.
Once the vessel has departed, tickets shall be considered automatically forfeited. No refund shall be allowed after vessel departure.
In cases of vessel cancellation due to weather disturbances, government restrictions, mechanical breakdown, or causes beyond the control of the Carrier, passengers may request a full refund without deduction or use the ticket for the next available trip, subject to availability.
