Refunds

A ticket presented for refund shall be subject to the following:

  • 15% surcharge based on the value of the ticket presented before vessel departure for its current voyage

  • 25% surcharge based on the value of the ticket presented after vessel departure for its current voyage

  • No valid ID of the ticket owner, no refund

  • Ticket not presented for refund within sixty (60) days from scheduled date of voyage shall be deemed canceled and ineligible for refund.

  • Ticket stamped “Boarded” by appropriate vessel personnel shall not be eligible for refund unless the purser certifies to the non-boarding of the ticket holder for said voyage.

  • Carrier shall not replace, reprint, or refund any lost ticket.

  • In case the voyage is canceled due to typhoon or any other cause beyond the control of the carrier, the carrier shall cancel the ticket and refund the passenger the full value of the ticket without any deduction whatsoever.

Sick Passenger

  • Carrier reserves the right to refuse boarding of a passenger suffering from any contagious disease.

  • A demented person may be allowed passage, provided he is accompanied by a physician or a relevant health professional who shall be liable for his care, and must present a medical certificate attesting to his fitness to undertake sea travel.

  • Any person found to be in violation of this ruling shall be disembarked at the first port of call.


Pregnant Women

The carrier has the option to deny passage to pregnant women unless she can present a medical certificate attesting to her fitness to travel, or sign a waiver absolving and releasing the carrier for any damage, injury, or medical condition that the pregnant passenger may suffer as a consequence of her passage aboard the carrier.


Pet Animals

Animals and pets may be allowed on board, provided the passenger can present a quarantine permit issued by the relevant government agencies, and must not be stowed in any section of the vessel intended for passenger accommodation.


Plants

Plants are accepted, provided they have quarantine permits and bills of lading.


Luggage / Extra Baggage

  • The carrier shall not be responsible for loss of baggage, cash, or valuables, unless deposited with the purser and duly receipted therein.No claims for said baggage shall be entertained without the purser’s receipt.

  • Carrier’s liability for loss of baggage, cash, valuables, and other personal effects shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 100.00) unless prior valuation of the lost items has been previously agreed upon.

  • Baggage unclaimed within thirty (30) days from completion of the voyage shall be turned over to charitable institutions.
